IT job market in Dublin

Hi, I'm thinking of coming home after a few years abroad and I'm wondering what the entry level market is like for programming jobs.

I've done a couple of programming MOOCs and I'm considering doing a Udacity nanodegree, either Data Analyst or https://www.udacity.com/course/ruby-on-rails-developer--nd020.

Is there much in the way of jobs for people who are only really at entry level in Dublin? Or elsewhere in Ireland, but I've heard the "recovery" is quite localised.

I'd be grateful for any help or tips.
